Notes on Usernames and Passwords

Usernames must be at least four characters long. Use any combination of letters, numbers, '_', '-', '@' and '.'. No blanks. (Use your email address if you want to.)

Passwords must have at least four characters.

After pressing the 'Submit' button, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. You'll need to click on the link in it to activate your username and password. Then you'll be able to log in. (You will only have to do this once.)
